- time is in UTC
- hourly value is from hh:51 bis hh:50
Stations with 1 minute resolution
- filename convention mr_YYMMDD
- binary format according to beschreibung_mr_90.pdf
- time is in MEZ
- a Fortran program to read the data is available on request
