__Micro Rain Radar (mrr_berl) :__\\
The MRR MPI_1 owned by the Max-Planck-Institute Hamburg ([[:participants|Peters]]) is operated  the Meteorological Institute of the Free University of Berlin. Local contact is (Eberhard [[:participants|Reimer]]).

__Micro Rain Radar (mrr_berg) :__\\
The [[http://www.meteo.uni-bonn.de/forschung/gruppen/mrr/index.html|MRR MIUB_2]] owned by Meteorological Institute Bonn ([[:participants|Simmer]]) is operated at the water authority organisation [[http://www.erftverband.de|Erftverband]]. The X-Band radar Bonn performs regular elevation scans over the site. 

__Micro Rain Radar (mrr_bonn) :__\\
One [[http://www.meteo.uni-bonn.de/forschung/gruppen/mrr/index.html|MRR MIUB_1]] owned by Meteorological Institute Bonn ([[:participants|Simmer]]) has returned from Africa in February 2007 and started obesertvations back in Bonn. 
At [[http://www.meteo.uni-bonn.de|MIUB]] further instruments (parsival disdrometer, X-Band radar, ceilometer, met station ..) are operated.

__Micro Rain Radar (mrr_hamb) :__\\
The MRR UHH_2 owned by the University of Hamburgs Meteorological Institute ([[:participants|Peters]]) is operated at Hamburg. 

__Micro Rain Radar (mrr_helg) :__\\
The MRR UHH_1 owned by the University of Hamburgs Meteorological Institute ([[:participants|Peters]]) is operated on Helgoland together with IFM-Kiels ([[:participants|bumke]]) optical disdrometer ODM470_2.  

__Micro Rain Radar (mrr_kiel) :__\\
The MRR MPI_2 owned by the Max-Planck-Institute Hamburg ([[:participants|Peters]]) is operated on the roof of the IFM-Geomar together with Kiels ([[:participants|bumke]]) optical disdrometer ODM470_1. Further instruments include ceilometer and weather station.  

__Micro Rain Radar (mrr_lich) :__\\
The MRR owned by DLR Oberpfaffenhofen ([[:participants|Hagen]]) is continuing the observations of the [[http://www.meteo.uni-bonn.de/projekte/aquaradar-wiki/|AQUARadar]] campaign at the DLR receiving station Lichtenau together with a Joss-Waldvogel- and a Parsival disdrometer. 

__Micro Rain Radar (mrr_lind) :__\\
The MRR owned by the German Weather Service DWD ([[:participants|Engelbart]]) is operated at the [[http://www.dwd.de/de/FundE/Observator/MOL/MOL.htm|Richard-Assmann Observatory]] together with an optical didrometer FD12P. Many other observations are performed at Lindenberg

__Micro Rain Radar (mrr_zing) :__\\
The MRR MPI_3 owned by the Max-Planck-Institute Hamburg ([[:participants|Peters]]) is be operated at Zingst where long time series data exist.

__Micro Rain Radar transsect (mrr_cop2, mrr_cop_2, mrr_cop3, mrr_cop4) :__\\
The MRRS owned by FZK Karlsruhe ([[:participants|Handwerker]]), DWD ([[:participants|Seltmann]]), MPI_4 ([[:participants|Peters]]) and University of Cologne ([[:participants|Crewell]]) will be operated along a transect.
Each site will be equipped with a surface disdrometer. During [[http://www.uni-hohenheim.de/spp-iop/|COPS]] in summer 2007 two more MRR will be available.
