Fall streak hole or hole punch cloud or punch hole cloud ...
In the international cloud atlas identified as feature cavum of Altocumulus or Cirrusclouds.
Note the Halo in the fall streaks at around 10:07UTC whereas there is no Halo in the Ac clouds.
A Halo is the result of refraction and reflection of light on the sides of ice crystals. This
means that these fall streaks consist of ice crystals whereas the surrounding Ac-clouds are
composed of liquid water droplets.

Cloudnet classification

The cloud net classification identifies for that moment with a few pixels thin clouds at 8km height.
They are classified as ice clouds.
